Purpose: This document constitutes a release of liability. Prior to signing, carefully review its terms. By affixing your signature, you voluntarily waive any rights to pursue legal action against Rio Combat Team Utah LLC, its agents, employees, and any associated entities involved in organizing, administering, or co-organizing the activity (hereafter referred to as the "Released Parties"). Additionally, you acknowledge that the Released Parties shall not be held liable or responsible for covering any medical expenses or damages resulting from injury, death, illness, or property loss incurred during your participation in the activity.
