Payment & Membership Policy

At Rio Combat Team / Shark Tank,

we believe in clear communication and mutual respect. The following policies help ensure fairness and consistency for all members while supporting the growth of our academy.

Membership Payments

All memberships are billed on a monthly basis. By enrolling, members agree to maintain active billing unless a cancellation or freeze request is properly submitted.

Cancellation & Freezing Policy

All requests to cancel or freeze a membership must be submitted in advance.

Once notice of cancellation or freezing is received, the final payment will be processed for that same month. Membership access will remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

Freezing & Reactivation

When a membership is unfrozen or reactivated, the current tuition rate in effect at the time of reactivation will apply.

Previous pricing, discounts, or promotional rates are not guaranteed after a freeze.

Promotional Rates-

Promotional offers are available to new students only.

Promotions must be redeemed within the listed promotional window dates.

Promotional pricing does not apply to existing members, frozen accounts, or reactivations.
