Payment & Membership Policy

Rio Combat Team / Shark Tank

At Rio Combat Team / Shark Tank, we believe in clear communication and mutual respect. The following policies help ensure fairness and consistency for all members while supporting the growth of our academy.

Membership Payments

All memberships are billed on a monthly basis. By enrolling, members agree to maintain active billing unless a cancellation or freeze request is properly submitted.

Cancellation & Freezing

Requests to cancel or freeze a membership must be submitted in advance.

After notification of cancellation or freezing, the final payment will be processed for the month in which notice is given.

Membership access remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

Freezing & Reactivation

When unfreezing or reactivating a membership, the current tuition rate at the time of reactivation will apply.

Previous pricing, discounts, or promotional rates are not guaranteed after a freeze.

Promotional Rates

Promotional offers are available to new students only.

Promotions must be redeemed within the listed promotional window dates.

Promotional pricing does not apply to existing members, frozen accounts, or reactivations.
